Awarded to students travelling to the AVS fall meeting in order to present the results of their studies. Nominations are submitted by student’s advisor/s and should be provided to the ASED executive committee before the AVS conference. An abstract submitted to the conference, where the student is indicated as the presenting author, is required for the nomination to be considered. The award consists of a small check with partial compensation for costs of the student travel.
